When you place an order, you’re confirming that:

Every product is made to order by my trusted production partner, Printful. Once they begin making your item, changes or cancellations may not be possible. So please take a moment to double-check everything before confirming your order 💌

All designs in this shop are original creations by me, and each item is custom-made by Printful when you place an order.
Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen (depending on display settings), and minor variations can happen in print-based products. But if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days with your order number and photos. I’ll help sort it out with Printful quickly and kindly 🌟
🔄 Returns & Refunds
I currently do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer errors. Since each product is printed to order, I can’t offer exchanges or general returns at this time. Thanks for understanding.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect:
Please email me within 14 days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos
I’ll work with Printful to arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate
Orders are fulfilled by Printful, not by me personally.
Typical shipping times:
🇬🇧 UK: 5–10 business days
🇺🇸 USA: 5–12 business days
During busy times (like holidays), delays may happen. I’ll always do my best to support you if your order takes longer than expected. Tracking information is provided once your item ships.

All customer data is handled securely by Shopify, my shop platform. I do not store or share your payment details.
If you’ve subscribed to my updates or newsletter, I may contact you with love-filled news and shop updates — otherwise, your information is only used to process your order.
All of the art, designs, and content in this shop are protected by copyright and created by me, BuffyBuffers. Please don’t copy, resell, or reuse them — it takes a lot of heart and time to create each piece 💛
