🛍️ How do I place an order?
Just click on a product you love, choose your size (if it’s clothing), and click “Add to Cart.” Then follow the checkout steps — it’s safe and easy.

🌍 Where do you ship to?
Right now, I ship to the UK and US only. If you’re elsewhere and love my art, feel free to message me — I’d love to hear from you!

📦 How long does delivery take?
Most items are printed just for you, so please allow a little time:

🇬🇧 UK Orders

  • Fulfilment time: 2–5 business days (Printful makes the product)

  • Shipping time: 2–5 business days (usually with Royal Mail or EVRI)

  • ✅ Total estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

🇺🇸 US Orders

  • Fulfilment time: 2–7 business days

  • Shipping time: 3–5 business days (USPS or local partners)

  • ✅ Total estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days

⏳ These are general estimates based on my print partner’s most common timelines. During holidays or unexpected events (like postal strikes or weather issues), there might be a little delay — but you’ll get a tracking link as soon as it ships 💛

Please note: All items are custom-made to order. Printful’s normal estimated delivery time is up to 2–5 business days for production plus shipping time, which can vary widely by destination. For UK deliveries this is often quick, but for international orders it can take several weeks, especially around busy gift seasons like Christmas and Valentine’s. We recommend ordering well in advance for important dates to avoid delays.

📏 How do I choose the right size?
Some items have size guides included — but not all. That’s why I recommend measuring yourself carefully and considering going one size up for a comfier fit. If you're unsure, just email me — I’m always happy to help!

👕 How do I care for my clothing?
To keep your items looking lovely for longer:

  • Wash inside out on a gentle cycle (30°C or lower)

  • Avoid bleach or harsh detergents

  • Don’t tumble dry if possible — hang dry is best!

  • Iron inside out, and avoid the print area directly 🧼🧺

🎨 Are your designs original?
Yes! All artwork is created by me — BuffyBuffers. Some are physical impasto paintings, others are digital re-creations, but all come from my heart, my brush, and sometimes my furkids 🐾

🔁 Can I return or exchange my item?
I don’t accept returns for change of mind, size, or colour — everything’s made just for you. But if anything arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, I’ll fix it right away 💌 Just email me with a photo and your order number. (See full [Shop Policies] for details)

♻️ What kind of packaging do you use?
Most items are packed by my print partner in recyclable, eco-conscious packaging. I try to keep things light on the planet 🌍

💳 Is this shop secure?
Yes — all payments are safely handled via Shopify’s secure checkout. I never see your card info, and your privacy is respected at every step.

🧵 Will you be adding more products?
