BuffyBuffers is the name of my creative business and brand.
My current trademark application protects my logo and name as a figurative design under UK law.
My logo and artwork are part of a pending trademark registration with the UK Intellectual Property Office.
While I wait for the final certification, I reserve full rights over the use of this name and identity.
Please do not use it or any similar variation for commercial purposes.
🌱 I plan to register the name “BuffyBuffers” as a word mark in the near future, as soon as funds allow.
This name has been in active use since 2006, is part of my identity, and I kindly ask that it not be used, copied, or mimicked in any way.
